Bridge Financing Program (BFP)

BDC Capital launched the Bridge Financing Program to assist venture-backed start-ups affected by COVID-19 whose investors believe in their long-term potential. It was designed to deploy capital quickly through convertible notes by matching up to 100% of financing rounds raised from qualified investors. It has supported a wide range of sectors including AI, life sciences and cleantech from seed to late stage.

The program is currently closed to new applicants.
