Lufa Farms is an urban farm-to-table e-commerce platform helping create a better food system. They have built the world’s first commercial rooftop greenhouse on an industrial building in Montreal, Quebec to prove that high-yield, year-round farming is a smarter, more sustainable and a commercially viable way to feed cities. By growing produce on rooftop greenhouses in cities and partnering with local farmers and food makers, they sell same-day harvests and deliver sustainably grown produce and other locally-sourced premium goods directly to consumers.
