Client Space provides personalized, secure access for BDC clients. Access is protected by a unique username and password.
BDC is committed to ensuring the security of this service, in order to fully protect the personal information of our clients.
What to keep in mind when accessing Client Space
At BDC, we are as concerned about the protection of your personal information as you are. To protect your personal information, you should never disclose your username, password or any other information to anyone who is not authorized to access your Client Space account.
- BDC will never ask you to provide, confirm or validate personal information or any other information related to your account via email and will never ask you to open an online session via a hyperlink.
- If you receive an email that appears to come from BDC asking you to immediately access your account via a hyperlink, do not reply to the message, do not click on the embedded hyperlink. Should such a situation occur, send the questionable message to client|AT|bdc|DOT|ca (include your area code and telephone number if you want us to call you back), or call 1‑800‑974‑0005, weekdays from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), to notify us and check whether the email in question actually came from BDC.
- Authorized BDC representatives (working for or on behalf of BDC) will always clearly identify themselves and state the reason for the communication. Should you receive a suspicious call or email sent by an organization or person claiming to be from BDC, please contact your account manager immediately.
